A teenage girl complaining about her mom isn't exactly groundbreaking testimony. And unless you can thoroughly prove that any of your witnesses in fact engaged in conversation with her about her mom's supposed insanity, it will most likely get written off as hearsay. But again the case isn't about if her mom is nuts, its about your "alleged" harassment.

What I did find interesting is, if you are quoting the complaint correctly, that she said her friends and family told you stop. Didn't say she ever told you to stop. Which could possibly work in your favor. Might can show that she was leading you on. etc

But then you go back into creepyville with the facebook stuff. Just the fact that you knew offhand about those comments and thought "Hey I knew where you were gonna be, but I didn't go so that makes me not a stalker right?" Kinda proves that you were indeed stalking her.

Basically the phone records will either damn you or set you free, everything else is really moot/circumstantial. They will prove if there was indeed two way communication or not.

Still doesn't change the fact that you are creepy or a fucking slimeball for not only doing this, but doing it while you (supposedly) have a current girlfriend.

If it's important and she's related to the case, he could subpoena her medical record to show that she was on a certain medication that was supposed to stop her from being a psycho bitch and that she is currently not taking said medication.

I seem to have missed the part where her father told her to stay away from her. If you happen to know where it is I'd like to see it again, I tried skimming through his posts to find it but I must have missed it I guess. As for the current BF, I personally thought he was talking solely about the game system, and it didn't even click that it could have been issued as a "stop trying to contact her" until it was quoted, bolded, and stated that that was intention(which we don't know if it was). If it was in fact what he was trying to say, there's plenty of reason for the misunderstanding.

You're getting that type of reaction from him because the posts telling him what he's doing wrong or did wrong are mostly exagerated and flat out wrong. Telling him he's stalking her by texting her for a relatively small period of time trying to figure out why the hell she isn't answering for example. If you want to show a person where they were wrong, you don't make up bullshit, or say things that are using a horribly incorrect point of view.

First off, completely cutting off communication randomly is much more than a drastic change. Second, this can't be peddled off as a drastic change because his ex has already been in the relationship for some time, it didn't just start 3 weeks ago. Third, his ex talked opening with him about her current relationship. Maybe I won't be able to communicate the analogy correctly, but the relationship between my mother and me is similar enough. I don't have to screw my mother for an analogy to work, the point is to show a different situation, not a duplicate one.
