I think that his actions were creepy and stalkerish but I also think that everyone has it in them to do the same.

Therefore, my conclusion is that he is normal and creepy.

actually almost pretty sure he said something along those lines, it's why he made the argument that he saw where she was because he could read her facebook updates. He has never outright came out and said what happened, but he has recently "admitted" (read : slipped) that he was accused of stalking them the day of the facebook status. But he had the bullet-proof defense that he didn't stalk, because he knew where they were because of facebook. Which makes no sense to me, just really proves where he got his stalker information.

So why would a month old status be brought up when he met with his lawyer unless something really happened that day? Maybe he was physically there, or much more likely I'm betting he let out a creepy 3AM text saying I saw you at blah blah today sadface sadface emo emo wah wah.

And I'm thinking he hasn't got banned yet because we all want to see how far this train wreck can go.

OP here to clear up any form of stalkerish attempts to 'scare' my ex. Here's where the stalker fest part probably came into play.

Like 3 weeks before my arrest I saw on her facebook status (before I removed her from everything I have her on) that her boyfriend was finally coming to meet everyone. After spending three years with this crazed horde of friends and family I thought it be best I pass along a friendly good luck to the guy.

Though I only thought it best to do so AFTER he calls me bitchin me out about wanting me nintendo back. So for anyone who fails at reading here's a time line table.

Facebook status: Oh my boyfriend will be in town weeeeee

Me>> nintendo prz

Boyfriend calls: NONINTENDO!

Of course I'm exaggerating the exact quotes and everything. Also when I made this post the whole thing wasn't a serious ordeal at all. I had no idea my mother was actually going to get a lawyer and we were going to go to trial. I figured my mom would just call her mom and be like 'hay drop the charges ^_^' like any normal mother would do but my mom absolutely hates her and wants to annihilate her face in court (which we will do)

So after getting a lawyer I told him and he said it would be best to delete all the threads. After asking one of the mods to delete the thread itself and no response I started editing all my post but only got to page 2 before I got bored and said fuck it.

So uhhhhhhh yea I printed out the facebook status (right before I removed her from my list right after getting home from jail) for evidence in case the boyfriend was like "YEA HE STALKERED ME AND HER" sounds pretty reasonable to me?

What's next guys? Also if it's a bannable offense to follow your lawyer's advice then see you guys later BG.

Nor do you understand the fact that her mom is ACTUALLY mentally unstable. Had this been a normal parent and a normal daughter none of this would have happened. What did I learn? All my friends totally understand the situation and know it's just utter stupid on their part to actually press charges and LIE in the process of doing so. The mother is obviously out for revenge. Pretty sure I didn't say 'you guys don't know anything' or if I did I was implying that based off of this sole situation there's no way to fully understand the lesson to be learned. Ask yourself this. What do you think she will have learned from the situation after she gets her ass handed to her in court with actual valid evidence and her mom finds out about all of her daughter's lies?

The one thing you're my grasping is you texted her without response consistently at 3am almost all the time as you put it "sad facing her". After her bf asked you to leave them alone, those two things in a judges mind in court are going to favor heavly in their favor. After cutting of contact with you for 2-3 weeks like you said and her mother telling you to leave her alone too, it doesn't look kindly on you. Sure she lied about the entire time not communicating with you, but after she cut of communication, you still continued to
try and talk to her. At best, the judge is going to just drop the case.
