Just entered into Greed and I can not for the life of me figure how to get to the woman where all the gears are turning. Any help ?
Edit: Nvm figured it out finally, just had to do a double jump in the right spot.

Interesting marketing. Sorry if that's a repost but I didn't find mention of it in the previous pages.
YOU HAVE BRUSHED UP AGAINST THE RIGHT ANALOG STICK, INTO THE PIT WITH YE *dante quotes*
game is fun but has less interesting (and less overall) puzzles than god of war, and just as many frustrating moments
I think this is one of those games I'll pick up in 3 or 4 months when you can get it on half.com for like 30 bucks.
im kinda regretting it instead of bioshock, but id probably regretting that too lol
I'll regret your face.
i wish
Don't be so quick to receive unknown substances on your face, atreides.
Atmosphere is better than God of War imo, but GoW has the more solid controls.
almost every new monster makes you say "wtf?" followed by "wtf!" followed by speechless when someone 1st tries to shit all over you... literally.
also laughed quite a bit at the trophy for "kill 20 unbaptized babies"
is it even possible to punish/absolve lust/greed demons?
I gave up trying.
also: Atreides, You probably made the better decision. I got both bioshock and dante's inferno, and I like DI much better. Granted I havnt gotten very far in Bioshock, it's just not as good as the 1st. Story, atmosphere, gameplay all seem to be worse in the sequel. Even graphics somehow managed to get worse.
well that's good to know then, thanks lol
Weird, the reviews for Bioshock 2 are better.
I like the relic system a lot, and the game is pretty good, but I think they could have done a lot more to make the game scary and increase the overall atmosphere of despair/helplessness. But yeah, good but not great
Weird, the reviews for your face were better!
Though seriously, I'm not saying bioshock 2 is a bad game, i'm just saying 1 was better.
and reviews don't really mean much of anything anymore(ever?)
Reviewers are always quick to jump on the dick of certain games for various reasons. Look at Halo. that series hasnt had a good game since Halo 1, and all their games get great reviews.
I got both of them, so I don't have to choose!
Really enjoying the game still, I just completed greed and on my way into anger, the greed end boss was pretty fun.(I got both as well)
What I don't get is why they are slamming the game for copying God of War, when in a month they are going to praise GoW III endlessly for doing the same shit. While watching the GameTrailers review ( 6.8 ) after nearly every negative thing he said I could say, "just like GoW."
Just because something copies a good formula doesn't mean it's bad. If it does it well, then it should actually be a good thing. We all know that GoW II and GoW III are just copying the same shit that made GoW popular. So it's okay if the GoW peeps regurgitated the same thing with the next GoW, but if another IP actually goes in another direction and uses all the same shit, that makes it a steaming pile? It's not like GoW invented the 3rd person action game either.
I generally don't think there's a way to be objective when reviewing games, but in this case you definitely could have been since, in their own words, they are reviewing a game that is 90% the same. People need to pull their lips off of Kratos' sack.
I like kratos sack tho.
I've been on the fence about this. It looks pretty nice visually, and the gameplay doesn't look to be too bad (and I've heard good things about it, seeing as it handles like GoW), but the length is what's catching me. A review quoted, "about 8 hours on my first playthrough." Is that average? Is that speeding through the game not doing any of the extra (are there even any extras)?
I know there's the two paths (Holy/Unholy) but do they truly give the game great replay value, or is it just meh? If possible, from anyone who's beaten the game and put some good effort into it (ie; not breezed through it to get to the end) I'd like an estimate on the average time it'll take to complete DI. 8~12hr just doesn't feel worth it to me. =(
