AVG detect random Virus on BG

i'm suddenly seeing a small 1x1 iframe on the BG site for centiyo dot com in the top left corner that wasn't there earlier. did something change? the whois records for the domain look a bit strange to be associated with bg. not trying to stir up a panic but a sudden appearance of a nearly invisible iframe registered to someone in turkey sets off my alarm bells.

I am pretty sure this is a AVG false alarm because it pop up randomly (reason why i don't have a SS)

But when i browse BG sometimes AVG pop up and block BG saying there is a virus that can affect my PC.

So w/e it'S true or not, just informing

it was out on the forums for approx 10 minutes before we killed it, nobody else was hit by it and we dont know where it came from. We killed it immediately however, so hopefully no one had any issues.

we dont know if it was a virus or not, it was a linker and injector, which could have just been an ad spammer, regardless we killed it
