[Bismark] Vesperia LS Looking for Members.

Hello, we are a new HNM/Endgame LS of Bismark called Vesperia.
We still didn't start with events and camping, since we are looking for dedicated members that can cover more than one time zone.
EU, NA and JP too are welcome, we would like to be active @ all hours of day. Sacks of LS are players that are on FFXI since 6-7 years ago, and already have large experience on all kind of endgame activities and HNMs. We are looking for people that loves to camp all HNMs, nothing excluded (SW, DI, Tiamat, Khim, Faf/Nid, etc).
We are accepting all people with 3+ jobs 75 (1 MUST be a mage), good merited and geared, with ALL areas access. We won't rush in our decision to let someone join, if you don't meet our recruitment status, you won't get accepted. Events are going to be @ EU evening time, something like 7 P.M. GMT, and if we will be able to get people from different time zones, time could change sometimes too.
Since this is a new project, we are still working on our forum etc, so if you are interested in joining us or ask me some info, just reply here or send me a PM please.

where you from? have you been in bismarch from beginning or you're one of the xfers? if yes which servers you have been in? and what was the reason that made you leave and make new ls?

If I were to take a guess though, I'd say it's a bunch of server transfers; could be wrong though.

We are friends since long time ago, and jumped some servers, Ragnarok Siren Carbuncle and now Bismark. At the beginning we was just looking for ballista fun, since it was dead @ Ragnarok. Then we got a LS on Siren and followed it to Carbuncle because they decided to jump server. After some "stupid" decision from sacks about lot system (favoritism for friends), we decided to come to Bismark since we got few friends in Foreal LS (one is a irl friend). After few weeks in we discovered that this isn't the kind of LS that we were looking for, and so to find out some reason to keep play and enjoy the game we decided to follow this way.

Not trying to deter your shell of finding members, and I'm sure you already know I wished you luck. But to sit there and say it's my fault you're on Bismark is far from the truth.

Yeah it's yours lol , you suck at "Leadership" ( just look how many ppl left because you had to make ppl "happy").
Helping ppl with relics the with ls bank behind members shoulders , "We're not doing paychecks I dont want to give gils to these noobs in ls we'll do relic to another sack" give who sucks and barely attends items they dont deserve just to make them happy.
