St. Paul (MN) police have made two arrests and continue to investigate the YouTube video that shows a group of young men randomly assaulting bicyclists, children and pedestrians across the Twin Cities.

Heard about this on the radio today, and it doesn't appear to be BS as people being terrorized in the video have come forward to police.
I don't see how anyone can be stupid enough to post this on the internet. GL pleading not guilty. The close up introduction of the kids just kills me.

while I don't mean to imply that I have a better understanding of the reasons why some teenagers do these kinds of things, I really doubt they attempt to mimic adulthood or any relevant interpretation of manhood. It's more in lines of sadomasochism, I would think.
