Late to the party, but all hail the Chiefs!

Great game and watching the Steelers fans go from being usual annoying douches to QQ in a few minutes was awesome.

Uh... who? When I stated that 'prediction' of mine, I did it in the Week 9 thread when Denver was 6-1 and the night before they were totally crushed by Pittsburgh. Since then, they've been blown out by Pitt, beaten by a BAD Washington team, and well, I don't know what today was.
Not talking about history since they've gone 6-0. I'm talking about recent history in general since they became a .500 ball club. They've found ways to lose games they shouldn't, and have collapsed before. Recent history totally matters, which is why I pointed it out.
You're pretty much answering all of your questions for me. :/ Everyone's allowed to have bad games, and that's what the Ravens game turned into. If you want to blame it on it going 'long'.. fine. The Pittsburgh game is understood too I guess because it's the Steelers? So, the fact that depth may be an issue, and games going 'long' shouldn't coincide with each other and equal them possibly not being what we thought they were? Well, coming out of Week 11 where they've given up 27 (to the Skins) and 32 to the Chargers this past week and well.. I think we have our answer. Denver is NOT as good as their 6-0 record would make it seem. Think about this. If there wasn't a ridiculously lucky bounce in Week 1, Denver would be a 5-5 football team. Still better than what people thought though, so congrats on that.
This wasn't a team playing like the 2006 team, with an incredibly weak offense that couldn't move the ball in the air or on the ground; at the time, Denver was in the top 10 rushing teams, and top 15 passing teams. Their defense was still top 10 overall, and the #3 scoring defense in the league. Over 8 weeks, those are stats that start to remove the outliers, and the fact that they were still in the top 10 defense in spite of playing 5 of the top 12 offenses in the league was telling.
You can rattle off stat after stat to me about earlier in the season if you want, but none of that matters now. Denver went from giving up 66 points in their first 6 wins, to 117 in their last four losses. Things are going downhill man, that's all there is to it.
It may not have been probable, but it was still very possible. I saw a LOT in their Baltimore loss, and as I mentioned.. it was the defensive depth. You don't stay close in a game like that, only to get blown out 30-7 by the end. Not if you're a good team with staying power. Denver doesn't have staying power.
As of right now, they are 6-4. My opinion is they will end up going 3-3 and MISSING the playoffs. I'm saying losses vs. the Giants, @Phily, and @Indy. Oh, and watch out for the game @KC. They could be a dangerous trap game as it's wedged between the NYG and Indy games.
EDIT: Edited a part because I said they'd be a 6-5 team without that Cinci win, but obviously I meant 5-5.
Evidently; alternatively, you are mistaken, unless by "Before the game" you mean around 9 pm yesterday; that's the last time my browser history shows me in this thread, until I got home tonight. The one day this year I wasn't gone, I posted during the games. Doped on meds and with a 102 fever, but still posting despite Denver getting their asses kicked. I wasn't posting bragging crap during the Broncos games when they are winning, because... I'm not here during the day on Sundays. I haven't exactly shied away from crap; I post when I get home. I'm not here during games.
Fuck Denver forever.
Thank you and Good Night
Oh, and don't worry about my essay man. I know as a fan, you're upset and you have a right to be. Your team is crumbling right before your very eyes. It's hard to watch (as I did with Auburn last year), but shit happens.

lol'd at this btw. Crack at the Pats ftw.
Man...
Injuries: Al Harris and Aaron Kampman Are Out For The Season
Matthew Stafford is going to torch us - if he can throw 5 TDs and 400+ yards against the Browns, what will he do when he gets to abuse Tramon Williams...
Bunch of San Diego fans over at my place to watch their game.
It was horrible.
Holy shit, I had seen that Kampman had an injury, but didn't know he was out for the season...playoff hopes are fading, get your shit together Green Bay! Can't let the dirty birds catch up.
On a related note, Jason Ferguson is likely out for the year for Miami. Last year they were incredibly lucky to get no huge injuries. This year, they are making up for it. I'm still happy for them this season regardless. Shows that last year wasn't a total fluke and that Henne can be solid as he and the team continue to grow.
dolphins have a very solid future if ronnie can stay healthy. That defense is only going to get better as will henne; with brady and moss growing olde I think its going to be time for some fin domination in the afc east in a few years ;(
Miami is aged in some pretty key spots. Jason Ferguson, the NT on a 3-4 is 35. Jason Taylor has probably under 3 years left. Porter is getting up there. Ricky Williams has a year or two left at best. They'll have to hit some home runs in the draft...
That happens, and he'll go to the pro-bowl for the next 5 years.
as a special teams ace
Unless Devin Thomas is on the field and lays out Bobby again.
Man I missed a lot of fun in this thread.
