Every car we have in town has a camera always on and running, cops also carry a mic thats attached to their belt that is only supposed to be turned on when when told or on crime scenes.

Children are completely out of control today. Parents aren't allowed to be parents anymore. Give a child any kind of disclipine and they often go crying to their schools or other authority figure and the parents are investigated for child abuse. If a kid is upset at school and tells their teacher they're sad because their toy was taken away by their parent, the teacher will often report it as possible child abuse. System is fucked up.

Not that that makes it right to use a taser on a kid.

Like he said, this was probably the safest way. If he had tried to subdue a 10 year old having a temper tantrum the article's title would probably be something along the lines of "Cop uses excessive physical force on 10 year old."
