This. She is reported to be moving the show to California and doing it on her own.

Also, Judge Judy now gets higher ratings than Oprah I believe. That could be another reason.

I watch it from time to time. Some shows are actually pretty interesting. Good example this season is when she interviewed Mike Tyson.

If she's moving to another network then the news is kinda whatever I guess.

This pretty much explains it imo. While I've only watched her show a few times I do appreciate all the charity she does. The money could definitely go to much worse celebrities, so more power to her I guess.
