I'm good at disemboweling deer, which is like training for disemboweling moose. Maybe I have a political future ahead of me. I could run on the platform of being the first line of defense against possible Canadian aggressors.
Difference is Boris Johnson isn't running for Presidency, so him being a buffoon and a loveable oaf doesn't instil underlying feelings of dread.

WHAT HO, PEASANTS
I think what is perhaps most terrifying is that people in this country actually think she would make a credible president.
I guess the GOP is thinking "Well if they'll elect Obama they'll definitely elect Palin".
Yuck. She's a fucking idiot with no clue on how a country should be run, and besides the obvious fact that you could say that about Obama right now she is just catering to the popular audience by saying shit like "OMAGAH BURN GAYS AND NO SEX BEFORE MARRIAGE BUT IGNORE MY SLUTTY DAUGHTER NO BIG GUBMENT NO BIG GUBMENT".
'Miss Palin, how do you feel about the homeless problem in the US?'
"I don't know how those unfortunate souls find the courage to make it through the day, but I do know the solution is not for the government to be involved. NO BIG GUBMENT!"
No thanks. I'm not a fan of sexists, but her ass needs to stay in the kitchen.
A more retarded female version of George W Bush is the GOPs new hope? I really hope she gets the GOP nomination.
I want to have her babies (read: bone her underage daughter and impregnate her, then keep it a hush while Palin takes it as hers)
But ya, I'd do her.
I used to lump people in categories and call them dumb, now I realize that everyone is dumb. I can't believe people think it's a good idea for people who have no idea what happens in politics have a chance to vote.
Sometimes the candidate doesn't really matter if a certain party is seen to have been in power too long. Dems probably could have nominated just about anyone and they would have won the election.
Pretty sure the FG will oust the FF coalition in Ireland and Conservatives will probably replace Labour for this reason at their next general elections.
If natural economic cycle continues Obama will probably get another 4 years due to things looking rosey and him obviously claiming the credit as it'll be hard to prove if government steps helped or hindered the recovery by then.
But 4 years after that Republicans will probably win just because it'll be time for change again and some anti-Clinton higher-ups in the Democratic party will probably get her on the ticket just out of spite to see her lose when the momentum has already swung back to the right.
Uhh no? Is your memory so short as to have already forgotten about John Kerry? This was in the midst of Bush's horrible approval ratings the year before the election, and democrats somehow couldn't find a single person to get the job done. Well, Howard Dean almost did it, but we all remember how that ended, lol.
Spoiler: show
As I said sometimes, not all the time. Bush had only been in for 4 years at that stage. I'm talking about the kind of desire for change for the sake of change that can build up over 8-10 years of the same party/person in power.
Not saying every election is won and lost because people desire a change but it is a contributing factor when a party/politician is seen to have been in office too long. Their policies can begin to look jaded and the oppositions new and stimulating even if it's just the same old crap dressed up to look slightly different.
But obviously alot of elections are also lost due to terrible track record or inept candidates.
I must agree that i am more worried about people thinking that Palin would be a proper candidate for the president of the United States of America.
I'm not really into consperacy topics, but i see a trend thats really upsetting me. I feel upset that it is becoming more, and more, obvious that the republican party prefers to elect a person who knows next to nothing about the issues facing our country. This was they just coach them into, prepare them, and feed them the information that they want. Its is so dumb.
forgive the spelling/grammar errors, im just too lazy to check atm.
This whole thread is trolling, who honestly cares what Palin does?

The chart makes sense if you assume “Back” means “Would have unprotected anal sex with.” It’s kind of a venn diagram that failed.
Lol.
