    Windower settings always went over the ffxi config settings for me, but I never tried going smaller than what they were set at. Cant hurt to try setting ffxi config first and then windower to match.

    Dynamis = Alot of bodys to load = your not video card and not enough RAM = death

    Try lowering your Character Models Displayed to Min (its in the first Misc window under config INSIDE the game) as well...Although in all seriousness your fighting a loosing battle ~ imo your just begging to fry that laptop by trying to push it to play this game even single boxing...

    your tuning on the filter, so turning them on will stop it from displaying the spell animations.

    honestly your problem is your video card, your CPU is fine, ram is a little low but usable, your video card however is ganking probably about 256 meg of your ram and is an integrated meh to begin with
    Sadly there isnt much you can do to speed it up, however I would check to see if you have the latest intel graphics drivers, if you dont that could seriously impede performance if you are just running generic windows ones
