First thing's first.
You need your job level on Novice to be 10. (You have to spend all of the skill points too)

What class are you trying to change to?

That doesn't sound very familiar as far as job change quests go... that aside, doesn't RebirthRO just have a job changer NPC?
If not, which of the 1st job classes are you trying to become?

mage, and i don't see one. i see healer, pvp warper, stylist, guide(which tells me nothing about classes), kafra employee, warpra, etc
