Whoa, ok.
I thought you were like 5'6 or something. Dude. Don't be retarded. If you're that tall (my height exactly, actually) - you can't just...put on muscle weight without eating more. It's not possible. The only thing slowing down your increased bulk is lack of calories - that's it. If you're that strong at that height/weight, it's just a calories in/out issue here. Period.
Don't waste money on HGH. Find a pure creatine source to avoid whatever allergy you're dealing with. And yeah, it's illegal.
It's prescription drug abuse, essentially.21 USC § 333(e) prohibits the distribution or possession with intent to distribute hGH for any use in humans other than for recognized medical reasons and pursuant to a valid prescription. Violations may be punishable by imprisonment of up to 5 years (10 years if to a person under 18 years).
The supplement that OP linked isn't HGH. It's just gonna make your body produce more. Well that's what it claims to do.
Personally, I wouldn't take HGH. I played college baseball/semi-pro and HGH usage was everywhere. I've seen too many bad side effects to ever consider it.
I'm a bit confused what you want your goals to be. At one point, you seemed like you wanted tone, at another bulk. If you want to bulk up particular muscles, do lower reps of higher weight. Protein, protein, protein. It will make you shit a ton more than you even normally do. Make another shake. If you are still doing cardio, you may want to tone it down while trying to bulk up.
Of course a lot of this comes down to what body type you are. I have an extremely easy time putting on 10 lbs in the gym if I want to, but have to really work for tone. My best advice would be to acknowledge your own particular strengths and maximize them if what you want is a beach body.
How old are you? You're obviously thin at that height-weight, but I imagine you're pretty fucking shredded. Do you really want to stuff your face with a shitload of cholesterol just to put on a few more pounds for your "beach body"? (also ps it's fucking winter)
I'd say "your metabolism will slow down as you age"..but my brother is 5'11 150 and he's 31 - although he's mostly vegetarian.
Winter is one of the main reasons I do this. I work harder and hit the gym more during winter, which is usually where people get lazy and fall asleep under warm blankets. I solely really want to use HGH or whatever to rape my shoulders and abs. I have abs, I used to have a 6 pack with a shadowed 8 pack, but after my surgery on my hip, I have a strong 4 pack with a faint 6 pack.
Edit: 20, 21 in 4 months.
Just the cost and legal issues aren't worth it. No reason why you can't build your shoulders and get your 6 pack back naturally.
As you get older you'll pack on more pounds/mass. I was (somewhat) in your position when I was 19-21 in that I could eat massive meals, and all working out did is tone me. I was tone as hell, but I was 6'3 and ~140 lbs. Now that I'm 29, I'm 6'5 and fluctuate between 190-210ish depending on the time of year (busy times at work I'll put on the fat). I'd recommend sucking it up for a bit and let age catch up to your metabolism. I also stopped eating massive meals, and now eat 5-6 smaller meals per day. This was probably the biggest change I made that helped me gain more.
I'm not sure why it took me getting older to be able to build more muscle, but I also grew two inches from 25-29, so I'm guessing my body widened as well.
hGH causes you to put on water weight. It doesn't increase functional strength.
Plus, yeah, it's illegal outside of some very limited medical uses, and everything you see about the wonders of hGH are from before the government started cracking down on its uses, when quacks were hyping it for everything.
making your abs show is a lot more about diet than it is about what you do in the gym and what supplements/drugs you take.
if you're planning on bulking up and adding muscle mass, then having ab definition should probably be the last thing on your mind, last thing you want is to starve yourself and short circuit your progress when you can easily burn the flab off after you put on some lean mass
as mentioned earlier you should probably figure out what you want first
6-10 meals per day, each no bigger then your closed fist. Eating huge portions of food is a no-no. Your body gets sluggish and becomes unable to process nutrients efficiently so you end up shitting out perfectly good food.
And true allergies to creatine products are relatively uncommon, most comes from the random shit companies mix in for product fluffing.
Need to clearly rethink your shit if you're hoping for HGH or AS to solve your plateau problems.
Don't forget to post a pic of your muscles when you're done, so some scam site can use it as their picture...or was it the other way I around?
If you want abs the key is cardio. Oh, and not doing 20 crunches and thinking you are done. People go to the gym and do chest for an hour and half, do 20 crunches, and expect abs. They work the same as any other muscle.
try fixing your diet first before you go with HGH. as people said, eat smaller but more varied meals a day. if you're willing to do HGH, then you should be willing to wake up every 4 hours to eat, no exceptions. also, do some research and determine what your current daily calorie deficit or surplus is and try to get it into the +500 range every day. that'll generally give you the best returns on adding lean muscle. you're complaining about having too high a metabolism, but if that's the case you pretty much already know the answer: you're bleeding calories. so find your daily number, whether it's + or -, and keep it on the + side.
try hunting for some non-whey protein powders. shakes are obviously really good as drinking them as snacks will help you a lot in maintaining a positive surplus. if you don't typically have anything to eat or drink post-workout, i recommend either some kind of protein shake (if you find some non-whey powder) or a large glass of chocolate milk. having a very particular ratio of carbs to protein up to 2 hours after a workout will help you immensely in growth and recovery (though something within 45 mins is best). a lot of people think just going crazy on protein is the best thing you can do, but adding the right mix of carbs to that protein helps you produce more insulin, which is key for muscle growth. try chocolate milk within the first 30 minutes, then a protein shake 90 minutes later.
do you take any supplements? creatine isn't the only thing out there. i'd highly recommend taking glutamine supplements daily. it does a bunch of things, but the most important thing it does is it helps prevent muscles from breaking down while you work out.
one last thing you could try is re-evaluating whatever current exercises you're doing now. make sure you're doing a lowish amount of reps per set (something heavy enough to hit fail rep by 12), as more than 15 means it's too light and you're not optimizing growth. also completely junking your exercises and weightlifting schedule every now and then and starting anew will help jump start you once you stop seeing growth. i'm doing a shoulders > chest/bi > back/tri workout split and maybe in a couple months i'll switch out some of the individual exercises and go for a shoulders > chest/tri > back/bi split.
obviously it doesn't really answer your original question on HGH but there are a lot of easier things you can do before resorting to that.
To point out the obvious just pig out on fucking everything. Want to eat pizza? Eat 2! Those donuts looking tasty? Buy a tray! Dinner was tasty? Make another one!
