Greatly enjoyed this movie, and will most likely still see it in theaters. I think the first movie was still better, but, this still was a great sequel. I can't wait for the rest of the movies in this eventual Avengers franchise.

Saw it a couple days ago, thought it was pretty good. Had a few moments where I'd roll my eyes at jokes that kinda failed, but ehh. I'd rate it lower than #1, but not by much.
I didn't really think there was a lack of suit-time, Stark is Iron Man is Stark, and the corporate stuff has always played an integral part to Iron Man storylines.

What the hell was with the crappy Cap shield? It looked like a flimsy toy. I know they're foreshadowing that Tony will recreate the shield that his father made but still..

The stay-until-the-credits-end sequences are getting on my nerves a bit. Had to pee since halfway and those names just kept coming and coming. ;/

I doubt theyre using cost as an excuse. 2hr movie with $200m invested (60m more compared to IM1) is pretty liberal, Avatar cost less to make. Theyre going to get atleast $500m in revenue, and theyve already gotten $100m in rev with the movie still unreleased.

Avatar cost more than 200m(237+150 marketing) and you over exaggerated Iron Man 1's cost(50-75m). Iron Man 2 looks to have cost 170m while having a 200m budget.

Great action scenes, funny dialogue, cheesy at points but over-all an enjoyable movie. If you're a fanboy and expecting a direct portal of a comic, gtfo. Lol. Oh and Scarlett is hot as fuck. The scene where u can see a bit of her bra. DAMNNN.

Whiplash scenes were pretty cool, but i expect a much bigger and more powerful antagonist. Someone mentioned Mandarin, which would be pretty crazy.

i thought it was pretty good but there wasn't enough action imo... way too much dialogue and drama for me to like an action movie. plus when stark creates the new element and essentially becomes super powerful he doesn't seem to be any better than before. was pretty disappointed since he should be the most powerful of all x100 instead of getting bashed around by whiplash using what is essentially inferior technology.
