Need a new phone

While currently dealing with Sprint.... I want to nominate them for worst customer service! lol

I have a Palm Pre on sprint... and have had nothing but issues with it. I'm now on my 4th palm pre, in 4 months due to faulty hardware and because i've exchanged my phone 3 times in a short time frame I cannot get a replacement phone sent out to me if this one breaks (even with insurance) until a 6-month period has passed. Sprint sucks lol

AT&T honestly is shittastic. They failed to mention to me yesterday one of their towers "was down" and that's possibly why I wasn't getting any signal on my own phone---- failed to tell me after I purchased a new one and replaced the SIM card thinking it was that =_ I got bent over bad, but at least this phone's battery lasts hella longer than HTC.....

my battery lasts just fine now. i used to carry around 3 batteries for my htc until i teaked with some of the settings. Now i carry one extra for an emergency but I havent had the need to swap it since sept. (when i went to conference) HTCs are all about user managment. They are awesome but require a lot of attention to run pro

So, my budget just expanded a little bit and I'm considering the Droid. Can anybody tell me about their experiences with this phone? It looks fucking sick.

I can't tell you about the droid itself..........

but I just received my first android phone, which is the HTC hero. Coming from other phones like the iphone and the Verizon voyager.... this phone is a huge improvement, and I absoluty love the android platform (in which Hero runs Android 1.5, and droid runs version 2.0 which is alot better)

If you can really afford the droid..... get it, i've heard nothing but good things about the hardware, and combined with the latest android platform I think its a good buy.

The HTC Droid Eris on verizon is free or like 99 bucks for alot of verizon customers right now it's the Hero only the verizon version of it. Not a bad phone.

So, I went to the Verizon store today and brought up my account with a sales rep, and it turns out I was eligible for an upgrade after all, so I walked out of there with a brand new Droid. I'm still taking baby steps with it, but it's amazed me at every turn. Thanks for all your help, guys, the search has ended.

I got the Motorola Droid. I've only had it for a few days now, but even in that short time I've become more accustomed to the device. Everything feels intuitive and seamless now, it's great.

For lack of making a new thread I need to get a new cell phone. I am considering several different phones, but I'm keeping an eye especially on the Iphone and the Droid.

Things I require:
Internet browsing
GPS maps for driving
reliable service
music play with at least 20GB of space
Camera/video camera

So what should I get? I live in Canada so Iphone is not with AT&T and Verizon is non-existent (Droid is with either Rogers or bell)
