Everytime the Saints show signs that they're the best team, they almost get beat by the dregs of the NFL. Damn near dropped games to St. Louis and Suisam giftwrapped them a win against Washington. That was honestly about the only bad game that the Vikings have played this season, they had Pittsburgh beat, there was no reason they should have lost that game. I like NO, I picked them to go to the superbowl at the start of the season, but when that Vikings team clicks like they did the first 11 games, I like them more than the Saints. If the Saints defense is humming and Bell and Thomas get off on the right foot, the Saints will be damn near impossible to beat. When the running game ain't going though, like in the Rams and Skins game, that team is extremely vulnerable.

We run the ball better as a team than the vikings do no 5th to their 9th, we have a ton more takeaway's no 1 in the NFL, even as of today we are still in the top 5 of opposing QB rating on defense. +15 this year in the turnover ratio battle, thats ridiculous and the only reason why we can play like shit and still win.

Not saying the vikings suck because what Favre is doing is pretty amazing for being 40 and missing all of training camp and ota's but i'm a little sick of hearing how they are the most complete team in football when they havent won against a single team who had winning records.

I'm not saying the Saints are the best in the league today because we played like shit today and really shocked their kicker missed a chipshot. Our tackling looked horrible(like LSU bad) plus jenkins got torched a few times.

Only thing week 13 proved was the colts looked the best today.

Broken femur =/

I guess it depends on how severe it is and if there is also knee ligament damage. It's not something that will certainly end his career, but there would be a long recovery time. I doubt that he would be able to play next year at all.

I watched my friend break his femur when he hit the front part of a rail while snowboarding. It was a year and a half before he felt good enough to actually participate in sports again 'full speed'. He still has some knee problems and pain that comes up fairly often. I'm sure E.J. will have much better doctors and rehab people, but still. It's not something that'll be easily overcome. I hope he'll be alright.

I was making a joke about the TJack comment, he had the best game of his career last year versus Arizona.

I can't stand the guy honestly but I'm realistic in that we have our best chance to win when he's playing. But a lot of Vikings fans still don't care for Favre and he's on a pretty short leash despite his accomplishments this season.

Favre has a pretty non-existent leash with me anyways. It's either him or one of the two career backups we have now. He's been playing really well and has had only this last game that was suspect. I'd put the blame on both the OL and DL for that failure though, neither could do shit all game.
