Nah, each mob has a distinguishable change in difficulty. All NMs are easy if you take a million people there (exception of AV), lower # of people = less chance for mistakes = harder to kill.

Because I'm not in a dedicated HNM LS (I don't have the time), not much unless it's ZNM.
