I go up to sky to solo Faust, get there and someone else is already doing it, kind of disappointed etc., etc.

Anyways, by 75%ish I notice he's using Gravity a lot and kind of failing. By the time he got to 10% he got his first Gravity resist in (I believe) 22 (I was half counting) and finally died. Sooo here's the fail: I bind it upon his wipe and immediately start d/c'ing in the strangest way. I could still technically act on it, move around, use macros, and see my HP go down...but I couldn't see the result of any of it.

I come back after relogging (somehow RR stayed) and some other Party who was going to Aura Statues killed it. Sigh.

I've seen RDMs with pretty shit gear cast Gravity every time it wore for the full duration of his life without getting resists, does he not build it up like other NMs up there, or were they just fucking lucky?

I still haven't even really attempted him, by the time I had the caliber of gear to do it I was out of the RDM DoT soloing phase, that and the aforementioned RDM with shit gear was selling the gem for like 120k. JPs on our server wrecked gem prices pretty hard outside of Byakko trigs.

Gem prices were wrecked everywhere, I just actually need a Suzaku pop for N. Feet and would rather not buy it if it's easy enough to put together.

I still get 280~ for GotW, which makes it worthwhile since I usually am doing Page 3 for RDM or SCH buffer when they need it anyways, Autumnstone is too much of a pain in the ass to do to be worth it, GotN is pretty shit too now and I haven't really bothered to attempt it as /SCH, but I'm pretty sure it can't be too hard since you can just walk past Zip without him swinging if you get him bound to either wall.

I probably make more money off of selling mercury and synthing the doll shards into cermet than anything else up there, lol.

Curious, why full in fold? Having 1 in Loaded deck makes a big improvement in an existing JA VS 2m 30s on something that shouldn't happen much if you take risks at the right times.

also our own entry, our first Ultima attempt since like October got a bit messy, realized after 80% that one of our two BLMs had their 2-hour down from something they did before Limbus, our DD consisted of SAMx2 BLMx2, it managed to Mana Screen after the one BLM 2houred, we split up the SAM 2hours and it of course uses Energy Screen right as they pop on separate occasions...half the group bit it to a hate change right as CB fired, it was all kinds of awful, but the 2nd BLM's 2hour came up at 1% right as we were about to get shitcanned:

A lot of the time, i'm only doing 2 rolls for a blm pt or w/e... 5/5 fold means I can push for the best rolls each time around, and only ~15-17 seconds without a roll if I bust.

I didnt do loaded deck, because I dont have a random deal macro, and forget about it 90% of the time lol. most of the time I use COR, only Elemental seal could be reset anyway.

I dunno if it's better or not, but it suits the way I play COR.

There was a Ceinwyn on Ifrit, said to see him go if so, long time player but can seem kinda... not so much flaky as airheaded at times. Still good people, though.
