Stanford's likely going to be missing Andrew Luck, I'm probably going to go with the Sooners in the Sun Bowl. And I can't make up my mind about Cal-Utah. Cal's been good to very good for 8 games this season, and terrible for the other 4. Either way, it's going to be a very low confidence pick. Arizona and Oregon State I'll probably have as low to mid confidence, and I think USC and Oregon will be in the mid-to-high range level. UCLA, too, if they make it.

Same. That Stanford/OU game worries me. I know the whole argument about "OU won't show up if it's not the National Title" and what not, but really.. you can't go in there and look to bomb against a Stanford team that could be without their starter.

It's too bad ESPN doesn't have a Suicide pool, but I think the whole point of those games is to get you coming back week after week to pay dividends for their advertisers, so I think that's why they do it that way.

For what it's worth, we did institute a rule this year that in the case of a tie, the last person to lose does get the tiebreaker. Of course, with three weeks to go and three teams still with zero losses, I don't expect that to come into play this year.

In case of a tie between teams that are 17-0, the obscure tiebreaker involves margin of victory in Week 17. If those are equal, it goes back to margin of victory in Week 16, then back to Week 15, etc. etc. Last year, it came down to the difference in score in Week 14, (I think) because the top two teams (who both had one loss) had the same teams picked in 15, 16, and 17.
