Iowa wins Orange Bowl over ACC champ Ga Tech
Ohio State wins Rose Bowl over Pac10 champ Oregon
Wisconsin over Miami
Penn State over the SEC's LSU
And I know it was a loss, but shit Northwestern takes Auburn to OT. NW. Auburn. NW might have won had half the team not been so worried about their applied theoretical physics finals the week before! This game is as close to a win as a loss gets.

2 BCS wins, only 3 bowl losses by 1, 3, and 10 points- really only Texas Tech over MSU was a bad loss. Not too bad for a conference that everyone seems to just love trying to bury every year.

Ok go me for posting without seeing the few posts ahead of me. Big 10 may be considered one of the top 3 THIS year, but usually they are put around 4th or 5th at best, frequently thought of as the worst of the BCS conferences along side the Big East when they don't have their crop of one hit wonders. Most people rank the SEC, Big 12, and either ACC or Pac10 depending on what season it is ahead of them.

Who the hell puts the ACC above anyone? And everyone knows that (before this year) the Pac-10 was USC and 9 nobodies. The only reason people diss on the Big Ten(+1) is that they get SEC/Big 12 treatment (i.e. 2 BCS teams), but they cannot beat the SEC or Big 12 in the big games. This year, the Big 10+1 beat the ACC and Pac-10 in their BCS games, so they haven't exactly proven themselves as the 2nd or best overall conference, but it's a start.

It just doesn't belong this late, doesn't make any sense. The bowls, for the most part, get progressively better as far as skill goes, until you get here where there is a huge disparity. Bowl needs to be moved way the fuck back to pre-new years.
