Is there something about the Tennessee football program that I don't know? Why are all these people turning down the job? Both the coach from Duke and the coach from Air Force have turned down the job according to the latest ESPN report, pretty soon they're going to have to hire a high school coach!

Just got back from the mall. I assume they'll do signing where they usually do santa at or near the alabama store. I have no idea it was on WVUA last night about him going there tonight and signing so I guess we'll have to see.

It isn't a bad choice really. He has SEC ties (worked under Saban at LSU and his father was Vince Dooley, legendary coach at Georgia) and has done really well recruiting at both LSU and LA Tech. He isn't the "flashy" choice that a lot of TN fans wanted, but better for the future imo.

Kareem Jackson going pro. Bad idea for him imo. He got gashed regularly against Utah and a few times this year iirc. He improved a lot, but I think he should have tried to improve more next year before going pro. Especially since they are saying he might go in the 2nd round.

Just got back in from the signing and other Birthday fun. He literally walked in as soon I posted that last post. Was a blast and Cody is a cool cat. And Thanks Insane for the heads up I had heard nothing about this, was some nice Birthday fun for me. I'll post a few pics if imagebeast ever stops being weird. They are from my camera phone so not spectacular but anywho!

Hehe, I was pretty damn giddy. I determined it was fate that Cody would be signing near me on my B'day! And having got that "The Block" picture for Christmas I was a man on a mission.

And they were filming a commercial for that T Town Menswear store, what Cody was there for, and I might have ended up in it. lol

Trelution did you go to the celebration? It was awesome to be there and I was surprised how calm the crowds were(not acting like a mosh pit).
