That's not an "upgrade", notice the lack of +skill. All crafts got a new synergy gloves that's made from a similar recipe (replace the stone, etc)

Any clue on how to get different apperatures? My sarissa shows green inverted triangle, and only had lighting option as element.

Am i right in thinking that you can only get 1 skillup per synth? (aka you feed it -> get a skillup -> feeding it til it explodes wont give you anymore)?

Just hit 38 synergy, and looks like the only thing it wants me to synth now are aprons and Aern weapons. Looks like going to be the only way to get to 50 is on the weapons

cost me around 50k making my aern lance with all the fail attempts.

I'm sorry if this has been asked, whats the best way to get skillups? I've been feeding my Apron to this for the past hour, and gotten 1 lvl? Am I supposed to try to do the right things, or just feed the elemental things to it?

Inverted Triangle means "Weaponskill: ????" evolith's if I am not mistaken.
Lightning means it's probably either going to be Accuracy or Critical hitrate which is pretty awesome for a polearm if you got say:

Polearm Weaponskill: Critical Hitrate +6

Just need to find an evolith that matches that to back up that theory.

I think that the weapons will be extremely specific... Lightning for Critical hitrate makes sense for Drakesbane

You can get skillups for things other than feeding it. Sometimes I get this:

water
water
water overshoots goal
fire to neutralize
water still too high
lower pressure (get skillup)
let water leak down to optimal level
end, sometimes HQ's

Trying to find a piece of armor to fit the double circle shape but no luck so far.

Brass/Bronze armor sets aren't etchable.

I asked the same question, and to the second, No, only Synergy skills up.

Secondly, What the Fk is a "firebrick" cause i've been told how to make one and its not even on Ffxiah

Doing Synergy the way im currently doing it, then I can state the following ::

1. Its possible to get Synergy 1 -> 50 without having any craftskills.

2. It's possible to get more than just 1 skill up per synergy item just feeding it portions of fewell.

3. Only Fewell elements that has a target value above 0 will give you skill ups when feeding the synergy furnace fewell elements.

4. It will cost me about 500k-600K to level Synergy from 1->50

5. I'll write a complete guide how to do this, once im at Synergy level 50 cause I got a feeling a certain market will go crazy on the AH once I release the information, so I don't want to hurt myself gilwise until Ive hit level 50 Synergy hopefully sometime tomorrow.

Stocked up on stacks of Fuel but I'm spammed out tonight. 1->12 easily i just hope they dont ninja-nerf the apron synthing while I'm asleep.

Hopefully I can snag a cobalt ore tomorrow and do my Galatyn.

while we're on the subject of the aern weapons, was the scythe ever found? I follow the new nm thread pretty closely and i didn't see it. I don't even know it's name to search it out on the wikis.
