Just need one of the damn NMs to put out Aptant: Ishis 0/3 now with TH4.
Am I the only one who thinks that looks badass and somehow reminding me of Hellsing?

Aptants seem to have the same crappy droprate as the rest of the new NMs. I still need 3 to finish Shikkoku, I made the head and body already. I have the base gear all done too so hope these put out sometime ><

Just ran across this in the (horribly designed- why can't I abort recipe descriptions like with every other guild?) recipe suggestion dialogue:

Galley Kitchen
Blacksmithing: veteran
Cooking: veteran
Woodworking: artisan
Synergy: (didn't write down, but was suggested at level 43)
1 bronze sheet
1 steel sheet
4 firebricks
2 teak lumber
fire 70, ice 70, wind 50, earth 70, water 70

Not enough crafting buddies around to try it tonight, alas.

Also, while I'm at it, the Goldsmithing Cuffs recipe listed everywhere is wrong- it uses a Karakul Cloth, not a Karakul Leather. Not sure if this is an error from the npc, or a mistake by someone else in recording it, since the npc won't suggest it to me anymore.

Cap on Smock synthing seems to be 43, not sure where to go from there since I don't have immediate access to the aern weapon bits. NPC suggests mythril nuggets without listing any 'real' crafts required, but he also still lists smocks, so it may not get me past 43 either. No leaves on the AH and sleepy, so not worrying about it yet, heh.

How did these items manage to slip past the .dat miners ... ?

Or should we consider re-looking through the .dats cause its clear we Missed something or new shit has been added!

I'm sorry if this has been asked, whats the best way to get skillups? I've been feeding my Apron to this for the past hour, and gotten 1 lvl? Am I supposed to try to do the right things, or just feed the elemental things to it?

I'd like to know this as well, I have gotten little to no skill ups and I'm spamming the crap out of this thing.

Found a latenight lsmate and we etched it again, me 15 he 25 skill.

Found you can etch it yet again a 3rd time! But it's beyond our lvls to do it sadly, maybe tomorrow. Actually get an option on element this time.

If I am reading this right:

1) ▼: Weaponskill: Evolith
2) Diamond is unknown as to what Evolith it is. My guess is job traits like Store TP
3) △: Magic Skill: Evolith

Still right now this system is really dependent on what evoliths are out there.

Someone posted I think on page 8 the Ebon Haubert synergiezed with 0 Synergy skill but had the same craft levels of those in the party that could create the base item.

I think synergy skill is moot, I've just been tossing fewell to the element required as quickly as possible, thats basically how I got my fisherman and weaver smocks.

That's what I did too. It blew up multiple times but you can keep the element stat up still. The only thing that might suck is if your possible slots are effected by that somehow.

That would suck, but there would have to be some kind of discernible method of telling how so-and-so was made.

Sath: Highest was 9, we failed..I'm lv 12 now, gonna try again with everyone spamming elements and talking to not overfeed

Clothcraft: Restorer's Touch is gained by wearing the Weaver's Smock while synergyzing. All the smocks give you something special that you only have with them on.

Bonecraft gives Bonecraft: Carbonization Smarts, and fishing gives Fishing: Lunar Smarts

previously, it was glitched so that you had to undergo training at lvs 5,10,15,ect... but i think the update yesterday fixed that, i haven't personally confirmed it though.

They did fix it, I'm between training levels and have the option to use the training.

Does any know craft levels / synergy level / mats for Ebon coat yet? Someone is walking around in white gate with one but he's being a douche and not sharing info.

Are any of the NMs soloable that drops the item needed to make the Ebon Jerkin?

If you can get Canal Moocher out, seems soloable, with all the tunnels in Toraimari you can probably kite it forever. Venomfang was pretty easy to trio in Mamook, as was Martinet in Ro'Maeve.
