A chest containing cells at the start of the zone was added, LBC got nerfed, permit cost was lowered to 1500, Mad Bomber always pops now, SSR drop rates were increased, alexandrites & purses were added, and obtaining cells was made easier.

I think it's a pretty substantial change, not nyzul- or einherjar level but still.

I never said the changes weren't substantial, the point is, that the entire system was fully available from the beginning. Everything you can do now, you could also do when it was first released.

Except for alexandrites for mythic weapons, I suppose, but those aren't really part of the "salvage system"

Addition of initial crate is a pretty big change imo. Going from needing 20 potions & regen drink and having no cells, to how it is now...i think its pretty significant.

I do think this is false, most if not all of Bhaflau was already figured out by the time the June '07 update came, and only after that people started reporting that LBC was easier after killing the gears/chariot.

Concordia's slots are:
Fire, Downward triangle (full), 8
Lighting, Diamond, 8
Any Element, Upward Triangle (empty) 5

So that's attack, weaponskill something, and something to do with magic (like physical blue magic acc).

It seems pretty decent compared to the others.

Same for spear and staff. Maybe ill put blu magic acc for drg/blu action, or a enhancing magic conserve mp.

I'm starting to think I might have hit the cap on my Boneworker's Apron. I hit 41.0 and went 4 rounds of Boneworker's Smock's w/o a single skill up. Longest I've gone since I started using it to skill up.

Can anyone confirm if they've gotten on on Boneworker's Apron?

There were still a couple unknowns, not that they were known as unknowns...like an amazing discovery. I remember, the post that did it didnt even know what they did to trigger it, some rng was amazed at 200 dmg homing missiles that didnt reset hate.

You get skill ups trying to make the apron into the smock? Here I've been trying to make my smock w/ 7 skill and haven't gotten a single skill up. >_> Any recommended level to start trying the smock or can I go from where I am now and skill it up to 41? Cause that'd be pretty fucking sweet.

Also, anyone try to etch ant of the DRG only polearms besides Sarissa? I'd love it if my Skystrider could be etched but I might have to etch a Thalassocrat when I get the applicable skill level.. just got my own Polearm ws acc+8 evolith today. D:

You can etch engetsuo.

Did more HQ testing. Seems HQ doesnt' guarantee you max size slots. Ive gotten 6-8 slots after HQing. Finaly got an 8/8 on my sarissa. Think i'll earth etch the last one for enhancing magic conserve mp.

I know about engetsubo, I meant more like the actual polearms dragoons use? Like Mezraq(lol), Thalassocrat, Skystrider, Vfork, etc. I imagine Strider and VFork can't be etched, because of the Rare tag on them? Rather not buy a Thal only to find out it can't be etched when I get to a level I can do the etching myself and have to let it rot on the AH waiting to sell again.

I simple skilled up on my Fishing/Alchemist Smocks starting from lvl 5 (I'm @lvl 38 now.) Also you can trade any item to the engineer to see if it can be etched.

This reminds me of a friend of mine who did one of the most retarded things ever. He played World of Warcraft and disliked something about the arena, don't recall exactly what but it's unimportant at the moment, and he played the game exclusively for PVP. His solution: boycott PVP, while he still paid his monthly subscription.

This sounds pretty similar to what you're doing now.
