Excellent, exactly what I was looking for. Thanks
i see , my friend said at JP wiki that a size 8 evolith exist giving a 25% bonus, i cant read japanese myself, i ll try ask him a link or something, i m just bored of killing ignamoth lol, it's a lottery pop..., solo pull PH is not easy, n cost 40 scylds a kill is not cheap lol, i ve killed it 20 times already with only 1 size 7 and 1 size 6 , so its either i'm very2 unlucky or higher size evolith rate is very2 low.
Have we figured out yet if the +weaponskill effects still apply if you offhand the weapon.
If so zomg blau dolche + offhand machismo = wtfbbq
Else goddamnit SE now I gotta choose ;_;
Why would you offhand the higher Damage weapon...
I was under the impression that Blau's att/acc bonus only apply to its hand, or was I misinformed?
If I offhand blau do I still get its acc/att for my main hand as well?
Yah, all the Perdu/ENM "latent effect" items work in any hand
which is why Senj/perdu is a kickin combo =0
The only weapons in the game that i can think of that completely don't work in the offhand are Relic/Mythics, now some weapons bonuses only apply to themselves (KSNM Crit items for instance), so its a toss up with these new ones.
Ok so either way then its machismo main hand blau dolche offhand no matter how you look at it. Thanks for the advice!
That doesn't answer the issue of Mandau/Machismo unfortunately ;/ There are some other weapons that don't work in the offhand, like Martial Knife's fTP bonus. For the record, nobody's ever /showed/ that Thief's Knife works in the offhand; it's just assumed, since most stuff does. I imagine that Machismo's stats would work on both hands, and even in the offhand. It'd make sense. But testing it would be annoying.
If we managed to get "Dagger Weaponskill: Triple attack+6" Would make testing a bit easier.
a 6% jump in Triple Attack rate on Weaponskill would stick out more than 15~ attack
If i wanted to upgrade an ebur jerkin for ranger, what nm's should i kill and what should i be aiming for to maximize the apertures. so i could gain the maximum alowable stat. a few posts above said ebur has solid triangle with 8, 8, 8 apertures, are those upward facing triangles or downward.
Upward solid Triangle
Upward solid Triangle
Upward open Triangle
Ebur Jerkin slots ^
Scorpion NM in Cnest is soloable by any job with movement speed and DoT.
Doll NM is soloable or duoable by RDM/NIN + support.
Raptor NM hits fast but can be beaten using an evasion build THF/NIN/DNC and a healer.
Im unsure on how difficult the golem NM is due to my lack of a moonpass. Anyway, pick 2 NMs and rotate between them and you'll eventually get a drop - TH helps >.>.
So another question then...
If per say, I got machismo with TA+6%, and then did a shark bite (using this cause its only two hits) how would the 6% TA go with saber dance's 50% DA?
Can I only TA or DA a hit on a weaponskill, not both? I'm just imagining if one could DA and TA on same hit for both hits of SD, turning a 2 hit ws into a 8 hit weaponskill @_@;
(Of course the likelihood of pulling it off is liek 1 in a 100 =/)
Then toss in building flourish's att/acc boost and you have one helluva weaponskill.
At very best you can do 6 hits With Shark bite (Triple Proc on both hits), Double/Triple do not stack, so you can Triple off a Double or Double off a Triple.
Only exemption from this law is Jailer weapons, Which can proc on Doubles/Triples, but they don't work in Weaponskills.
Does anyone have the pop info on Hemodrosophila in Meriphitaud mountains (S)? I been hunting it for the evolith but the wiki info doesn't seem right. I've never seen it just spawn every 90 minutes on its own, unless the position given on wiki about this NM is wrong.
Thanks for the help.
It pops up at E/F - 7. It's a lotto pop off of one of the gnats there, I don't know which. I've killed him twice; he was up already one time and had to kill 3-4 gnats the second time.
Thanks, we just killed it and i got a size 6. enmity+4, two friends i killed it with are plds and both pretty happy with the +5 from the size 7's they got. That wiki info is dead wrong. Makes it seem as if it's a timed spawn.
