What does NDA stand for and what does that mean for me?
NDA stands for Non-Disclosure Agreement. An NDA is a legal contract between ArenaNet and you that states all content in the Guild Wars 2 Beta Events is confidential. By signing the NDA, you agree to not disclose that you are a participant in a Guild Wars 2 Beta Event and to not disclose any information about the content. Breaking the NDA can lead to legal proceedings.

Most NDAs do say you can't even say you're a part of it. Not like it really matters though. It's pretty much impossible to control the flow of information nowadays.

Pretty much done by everybody whether you wanted to notice it or not. Thats what an NDA is ;p People who arent retarded still have access to information if they know where to look. The IGN conquest video for example has enlightened many.

For XIV, warhammer, WoW xpac beta's, ect.. I've always been allowed to say I was in beta, but that was it. Either way, moot argument is moot, no reason to waste a page on it lol

I'm not be anal about it here if you want to be discrete about your acceptance. Just no info from the actual beta until the NDA is lifted.

so seems to be a nice article in the may pc gamer (taken from guru), also thinking this might be playable in upcoming beta events.

The latest PCGamer has an article about the high level dungeon near the Sylvari starting area. Obviously I can't scan the pages and post them here, but if you are interested, the May 2012 Issue 226 has it. But I'll share some of the interesting details.

-Level 50 dungeon focused on fighting the Nightmare Court with Caithe at your side.

-Trash mobs have unique elements, archers have a shot that if it isn't interrupted could get you flung into the abyss behind you

-Each boss in story mode is based on an emotion. Sariel, knight of remorse, will pick a single target and focus on them relentlessly. Graingor, knight of horror, uses fear effects on his island in the middle of a huge lake. Catiern, knight of envy, is a Mesmer that focuses on illusions.

-Explorable mode has three paths to choose from that feature more Sylvari that are rising up to fill the void that you created from killing everything in Story mode.

-There are about 10 random events that happen in a dungeon every time you run it. Which could be something like a hidden chest or a giant troll that will ambush you along a path that may have been clear last time you ran the dungeon.

-There is a room filled with plant cannons, which you'll need to figure out the pattern to get past them. If two plant cannons spot you, you're done. There are other traps similar to what we've seen elsewhere, like fire traps and landmines.

-There is a cave with a lake so large that if you ran the outside edges all the way around, it would take you five to ten minutes. Three islands in the lake which house Sariel and other mobs. The lake is huge underwater and could take up to an hour to fully explore. Random encounters/rewards in the lake, like a huge fish mini-boss that will try to eat you.

I'm wondering whether it's worth sweating over too much. Invites are only for one beta event, and from what they said there will only be one test each month afair? And you get access to all tests after pre-ordering the game in April, so...

In my specific situation I am unable to pre-order a copy as much as I want too because of financial ties so this invite would be amazing for me to get an early grasp of the concepts and to learn the ins and outs ready for release.

...here on guru who had the audacity to sign up over a dozen times. Yeah, leave dedicated fans with enough respect for their fellow players to not cheat like myself out in the cold, and invite a bunch of scrubs and system abusers. Aggravating.
