Lets nuke em.

lol, people always get mad about not getting beta invites and they base it on their dedication to the game. One of these days those ppl will realize beta tests are completely 100% random based on comp statistics and choices selected during the option window for beta sign ups. And even then, there are hundreds of ppl who prolly have very close to the same comp, and hundreds of thousands w/ the same beta sign up choices.
I thought they did internet background checks on all their applicants and had people review all the posts and gauge for excitement and dedication to the progress of the game over the years...
slightly updated look on official wiki

Discussion here will most likely always completely dwarf anything on guru so I'm just going to avoid it. Since I'm most likely going to have my guild of friends and then the BG guild/alliance and most likely the reddit guild that'll be enough for me. If anyone who happens to have gotten into beta wants to get a full list of server names to me after the NDA is lifted we can start discussion on picking a server to play with since we'll all wanna be together for WvW
Is the NDA going to be lifted for everybody or just the press again? I was under the impression this NDA is permanent for non-press participants.
Well if we have to wait till prepurchase betas to start deciding on a server that will be fine.
I think I read somewhere that once BWE start, NDA is null and void.
Closed beta =/= Beta weekend events. This next event is closed beta. On April 10th you can preorder and get access to beta weekend events. Closed beta has NDA, BWE does not.
TB will be in press beta event, this weekend 23-25th.

Public (not press) but still closed. I know, not really public. But I think that's what he was trying to convey.
Well yeah, public as in general public vs. the press. As in, the beta invites they're sending out to the general public atm.
Yes. I need to submit a ticket as it seems my invite has gotten lost in all the excitement. :\
I see, as far as I know it should be the same weekend, I could be wrong
