Hmm, I don't know I'll have to talk to my guildie. But I could have sworn he said the following weekend. Also the beta invite email said something like "You'll be sent instructions on how to download the client within the next 10 days."

But again where did this info come from? lol I know about this weekend but nowhere I can find info about the following weekend. Just seems like guesswork. I hope asura is playable, I can't wait for some footage next week

It is against the NDA to post about it. A friend of mine got in though. I know that's not good enough to convince you but it's enough for me since it is someone I know.

Oh no I know someone who got in also, but there hasn't been any confirmation about another weekend event after this weekend's. One can assume since they did give the 10 days information.

Also its against the NDA for who to post about it!! lol

It's not against NDA for others who know others who got in to talk about it lol. We didn't get in so we can say w/e the fuck we want.

Right. I just meant that's why the info on it is not as easy to find as this upcoming beta weekend for the press.

Technically everything is against the NDA. But, even if you got in, if you post some screenies or give a write up on something and just say "I found this on the Internet from a random site,". Your pretty much covered. A mod may delete it but ur not gonna get yourself in trouble since that info will be available to the public of they know where to look

The site the information is posted to is legally liable though. For example blizzard has their NDA legal mumbo jumbo that sharing of alpha or beta images is damaging to the company as it shows off an incomplete product and may hurt sales when complete or show off possible trade secrets. That's where their army of good lawyers come in. I'm sure nc soft and arena net have good lawyers too. Don't unleash them here.

I saw that as well, but it's still a bit unclear. Especially since "there will be only one" is in quotations. He could mean there will be only one for the general public.

The NC Lawyers didn't get those convictions. Unless something is different in Korea than everywhere else. Criminal charges are argued by state attorneys.

They couldn't get the game delayed, they don't get any cut of the worldwide profits from their company's property. Even after those people were convicted, they are still profitting. A good lawyer could let this happen?

The beta is this weekend not the 30th for non press. From someone i know they just got the client.
