I would certainly neither suggest nor condone going to the community tab, clicking groups, and then create new group, invite only. That would be irresponsible of me.

anybody can post anything once they are invited. don't really think a leader is needed outside of being able to invite others

would've been nice to have a NA guy with invitation permission too. ah well, I invited everyone who posted during last 4 pages and wasn't a new account (think there wasn't any). zzz now, pm me if you need an invite.
