If you think they're only pulling 8 hour days right now you're definitely wrong.

Chances are most of them are working 12-16 hours at the moment and some of them may even been sleeping at the office.

Source: I work software, end of project cycles are stressful and crunch time on a product like this will have outrageous hour requirements.

The unofficial oceanic server is Sea of Sorrows I believe. However you can head on over to gw2guilds and look around for the guilds from a region that would be awake at those hours.

Myself, my friends and I are starting our guild on Crystal Desert. BG players are most welcome.

They did a stress test last night at an hour that can only be described as "late". I would guess that most staffers are going to be there well past midnight during this last week. Even the artists are probably doing something important.
