Finally somebody comes along and does an MMO right on every aspect. I can't wait for this to come out. SOB its gonna be a long few months.

Honestly everything looks perfect, i hope when they start their game testing the testers just go "shits like perfect... next phase plz" and we just steamroll through beta testing into release.

I was pretty excited about SWTOR ever since they first announced it. I loved the KOTOR games so naturally an MMO based on them sounds awesome. But the more I see and hear of GW2, the less interested I become in everything else.

I'm excited for both, and i think SWTOR and GW2 are going to be different enough that both of them can exist and attract entirely different audiences without much of an issue. I plan on playing both, and the fact that GW2 is F2P just makes it that much easier. That being said, GW2 just has a much more epic feel to it than what SWTOR has shown as of yet.

Targeting different parts of a giants body? HELL YEAH! I have some very specific fantasies and ideas of what I'd like to see in MMOs, and GW2 is using some of them exactly. I can't wait to see the size of the elder dragons and what kind of tools are going to need to be used to take him down. I just don't want them too put so much into it that it spoils the experience and epic stuff becomes stale and standard. If its spread thin enough that the really epic stuff like that Tequitl the Sunless fight only happens once in a while, then thats fine. But if it happens like every 45 minutes then thats gonna ruin the scale of the experience and its gonna be that much harder to round people up to fight him.

I definitely don't have time to be playing 2 full fledged MMOs lol, its gonna most likely be guild wars 2 and maybe something like torchlight 2/diablo 3 (lol)/pso2 as the other, and honestly there is nothing about SWTOR that has me excited in anyway unfortunately. I'm more excited about 14 being fixed than SWTOR. I will definitely be spending my time on the game that has the best time/fun ratio .

It's broken, I think. Seems to let you vote more than once, and I can't find any numbers on total votes. While I don't doubt that it may have been best at the show, I don't think that is a reliable poll.

Not a very exciting video, but at the end he confirms they are in alpha testing with outside players right now. Beta later this year etc.
