Really excited for this game, looking at the website though are their more "professions" to be released? cause I notice there is no healers yet.

There still one more I think.

Also they're not using the "holy trinity" so you shouldn't be looking for a "healer". All classes have healing abilities (some better than other) and the mob attacks the closest person so anybody can tank.

Well, the thing is, is that the first one is nothing at all like the second, so it really will not help as far as understanding the battle/job system etc as its totally different in the second. I would suggest playing the first for story and lore, but I would not judge the second game based of it at all.

does he also not mention that once you leave town its a small instanced area where only a few people are instead of a possible... thousand or so like a real mmo? i hate to say it like that but yea

I'll ignore the part where you don't know shit about the game, since others already jumped on that immediately. But even in the GOLD STANDARD(WoW) of MMOs.. you can't even get into triple digits without something like Wintergrasp going to hell. Let alone a thousand, the hell you smoking?
