while I'd never downplay the significance of Dimebag, John Lennon definitely made a bigger mark on the world, whether you're talking about music or social policy. they should both be remembered, though.

Honestly, though, I was shocked when I first heard about it. Not that I'm usually the type of person to think too much about this stuff, but the way he died and the kind of person he was, along with the amazing music he helped make, it hits hard. I'm glad I got to see Pantera in concert at least once.
