    The story behind that character, some guy, forget his name, won a self likeness contest from rockstar and they put him in the game. He's a bounty that you can collect at some point in the game.

    They said there would be a stream lined way to invite friends Im unsure how exactly it will work, I'll know monday night. Ill add a few of you snatches that arent already on my friend list here soon.
