I personally prefer PSN with the exception of voice chat since I can't seem to get it to work properly. Only reason I got it on Xbox was because my boss was getting it on 360 because that's the system he swears by; I don't know if it's a NAT connection or what, but I've yet to play free roam for longer than 10minutes without disconnecting and losing all progress to my level.

I figured as much. Actually wishing I would have bought it on PS3 now since everybody on here seems to be having no problems and having a good time while I fight the urge not to chuck this fucker out a window.

ya I'm having no problems playing public free play matches with up to 16 people, guess I was just conflicting with the host earlier. let me know if yall are getting down again soon

Looks like it may have been a NAT issue; which if that indeed is the case I retract my statement for failing at the internets. Now that it seems to be running fine, this game is sex on wheels.

Every time I try and join a free roam now I don't get anyone in them. Is this happening to anyone else?

it pops me into an empty room to start as well and after about 15m people start popping in left and right

As far as I'm aware only certain people challenge you and you press O (on ps3) to engage. Only played a few hours though and stopped to prepare for Lost.

Edit: Jesus, how do I swap weapons without going to the menu? I saw a wheel come up, but don't know what buttons I pushed.

I guess their for both. I unlocked the named hunts after finishing the bear hunting thing.

Not sure why but for some reason in the recent game we turned invisible or something like that. Played a ffa gold rush and I couldn't see anyone there(except for inside a building)

Picked up my copy today and just got around to starting single player mode. The whole feel of the game is great so far. My only complaint is that you have to press x to run, I'd much rather have the left stick control your speed all together.

when I left that game and went back in to free play my horse was invisible for about 10 minutes

MP is a lot of fun. Got lost playing it for a bit and got rank 4. I find the smaller matches more enjoyable (3v3 / 4v4).

Game has long as load times though it seams

Picked this up and been doing nothing but open roam all day, having a ton of fun (psn is rofl_waffle). So far I've been doing gang fights and challenges, been trying to get the 5k bounty one but I can't even break 2k :/ Also, has anyone found a way to restock throwing knives? I can't find out how other than just killing yourself to get the 20 you start with.
