So I'm thinking about getting this game as a time waster, but am curious. Is this game sort of Borderlands-ish, only set in the west? >.>

I've never played any GTA game, decided to pick this up last night, and don't regret it at all. I'm having a blast so far, added my name to the spreadsheet (twice accidently, Arew64 is my correct PSN). No idea how multiplayer works though, I've not really read anything about it and haven't bothered yet.

Looks like the 360 copy of RDR has PC binaries left over in it, so I was mucking about after kludging a couple file directories, 3d model textures aren't working yet for some reason.

Amazon Gold Box deal is Jawbone Prime bluetooth headset for $50, normally $70, it's the silver one.

I think the one starting in 1hr 10min will be the black version of same thing for $40.

I got it mainly for the MP mode, but I haven't touched it much because single player is fucking excellent. It's not too massive like GTA4 was, but big enough, which is perfect for me.

Working on 100% and I gotta say... all of the rare weapons are fucking insane lol.

Accidentally did a duel with the 16 shot pistol equipped lol >.>

22 shot rifle + moonshine spam could pretty much eliminate all challenge from the game

lol Brill. Can't tell you how many times I've killed my own horse too. First time I did it I was aiming at a coyote just below the horse while I was riding it. Bam headshot to the back of its head and I fell off the horse, had no idea you could kill it while riding.

I remember seeing a video on RoosterTeeth (their Achievement hunter thing) where they had to tie up a chick and put her on the train tracks to get her hit. Well as the train was approaching, the horse just wandered in front and BOOM. 'Splosion.

Fucking shit.

Single player is glitchy like hell. Had to skip over the Irish thieves landing mission (wagon part) because the horses were running in place.

And the same is happening on the next mission to Dicks wagon. Fucking dick
