Lots of rotini...and now I really want to make some shrimp scampi.
Make your own sauce or is it straight out of a jar? Don't mean to be rude but I don't know too many people who will take the time to make a pot of sauce, so I'm kind of a snob about it.
I made (american) greek salad and gyros. Food for days!
Butternut squash and mascarpone ravioli in a sage brown butter, with caesar salads with homemade croutons, but storebought dressing
Sauteed chicken with rice and spices.

mascarpone is yum!
made some stuffed chicken with sundried tomatoes, spinach, and munster cheese with bacon wrapped around it, with a side of rice and beans. i don't normally take pics of my meals, but wish i had since it turned out prettier than normal tonight.
how is that chicken prepared? it looks tasty.chicken rice bowls
that's chicken, mixed peppers, broccoli and green beans with garlic and onions
marinated it for an hour or so in this stuff

also put some more garlic/onions, green onions, soy sauce, ginger and a little bit of Worcestershire sauce in there and then cooked on the stove. that marinade/glaze stuff starts out pretty thick but it really thins out when it starts to cook.
Come cook for me Amiel! I'm poor and hungry![]()
Probably gonna be subway tonight. Though tomorrow on my day off, I'm going to the meat market to pick up a roast in the morning and let it slow cook through out the day till dinner time around 6pm...with some potatoes, carrots, onions. Through some homemade bread on that and a good meal all around !
