Looking for someone's (old?) Avatar and Signature

I'm looking for the person who's signature/avatar was a person in a (blue?) hoodie with a V Mask on in an urban setting. I'm working on a surreal photography project and I wanted to do something similar to that since I found it very impressive.
Anyone know who used to have that as their things?

I guess I could also ask here for suggestions. Like I said I'm working on a surrealism photo project and if I take a good enough picture my teacher will submit it into the Dali Museum. Any suggestions on what I could do for this? Take in mind that I'm working on a high schooler's budget but I do have access to my dad's Nikon D60 so the pictures will be great quality.

EDIT: If necessary would a mod mind changing title to "Surrealism help" or something of the sorts?
