Anyways, the real humor of the Cowboys kicking situation happened in yesterday's presser with Wade. After he talked about "using all options" to try to improve the kicking game, he was asked if he considered the Falcon's kicker that was let go earlier this season (name escapes me atm) as he had played under Wade before.

My point in false hope is that the Cowboys are able to do just well enough to flirt with any form of postseason success. This year is another prime example, we are either going to just barely squeak into the playoffs or just barely miss them.

Add on to that, the Cowboys always have a shot to win most of their games. It isn't like we are getting blown out every week, so I get sucked into the gut punch damn near every week wondering "how are we going to fuck this one up?"
