Again, you call people out for wearing less than perfect gear when your choices are WORSE. You Pld is 75, you're not leveling it anymore, and you're wearing utter garbage like Virtuoso Belt, Fowling Earring, Crimson Cuisses, Company Sword, Seashell, the list goes on. You can't sit there and tell me that that Pld whose wearing some BETTER gear choices than you two levels lower is doing it wrong, but you're just misunderstood, or whatever excuse you want to make. Why would you ever wear Crimson Graves? I know you don't have Homam (or dusk for that matter) but surely you would use AF and Iron ram?

Both of which are are easily enough to get, well Iron ram is time consuming, so you could full time AF while waiting.

I thought we all accepted that ffxiah.com has a tendency to pick up people's gear at silly times (I know it's picked mine up before and shown me in half a WS set, half a TP set), and if you go by equip history then it's surely going to pick up pieces which could qualify as town gear, and as such, cannot be used to prove anything at all. As such, bashing people over ffxiah.com equip history is stupid.

I mean I understand your point about the fact that StevenW makes some dumb fucking gear choices but guess what, so did alot of people leveling their first job. Especially when every one of these people probably started in social shells with nothing but turtle pld's to look up to and the like. The fact that he is improving should be enough for you guys but I suppose not.

Absolutely. Kid makes mistakes, but on the whole for a new player, he doesn't seem to do too bad. I think it's his attitude which can let him down more than anything, which isn't helped my how quick people are to jump down his throat, as shown here.

If you look behind the equip box, you can see him meleeing in it. Gigant Mantle, Witch Sash, +hp rings (which I suppose is acceptable on EP mobs), but haste? What's that?

Why do so many RDM just equip a sword and shield over AF/ARv2/Normal casting gear and call themselves a melee RDM?

I don't support the concept of RDM melee (outside of lolz/campaign) but if you are going to do it at least put on a Turban/Haste belt, maybe even some dusk and acc rings.

No doubt FFXIAH can grab gear shots at odd times, and you can often end up wearing mixes of 2-3 sets in one horrible lump (Often Aftercast set on top of the 'last action' set for mages). But I don't know why you would have them or ever wear them.

They aren't down town gear as no one cares and they don't look good.

LS community profile only updates your gear when you log out, not if you DC. So either force DC when you log out if you're wearing a load of shit, or swap gear and log out. Then FFXIAH wont show you in stupid shit.
