So, apparently the fight is now off because of some drug testing stuff.

According to Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, Pacquiao refused Tuesday to agree to the Olympic-style drug testing procedures the sides had been negotiating.
Mayweather requested that the drug testing for the fight be in compliance with the United States Anti-Doping Agency, which handles testing for Olympians, "to ensure fair play and sportsmanship by both fighters."

Well, I'm kind of confused by this. I was under the impression that boxing has pretty strict drug testing procedures in general. So it makes me think that Manny has found something that slips through the testing (the general urine testing that he was wanting, anyway).

Actually, Mayweather sr has been spewing that shitty accusation for months after hatton got ktfo. Manny has been clean on all his tests since he turned pro. Its as simple as gayweather not wanting to fight since he knows manny would not condone to blood tests within 30 days of the fight. I believe that they are in talks again, 3 total blood tests @ the press con, 30 days before the fight or more and right after the fight.
