My sister is having problems with her gmail account. She's able to receive emails, but the senders are notified that the emails didn't make it through. She's only using 4% of the useable space. And I don't believe she has any other accounts linked. The ironic thing is that she's receiving three times the normal amount of email because people keep resending any returned mail.

If anyone has experience with this, I'd greatly appreciate any help.
