Sharing 360 DLC

I know on the PS3 you get so many redemptions for your DLC so if you have some friends you can share it amongst your friends, but is this possible with the 360? I'd like to share the Fallout 3 expansions with a couple of friends who really can't afford them right now, but I'm not sure if it's possible/as easy as just recovering my gamertag on their 360 and redownloading it to their system then going back home, recovering it back and life going on.

As of about a year 1/2 ago, you could do the account recovery and share downloads without penalty. I used to do it all the time with arcade games/DLC. But as I said, I haven't done it in a fair amount of time, so I'm not sure if they have added preventative measures to stop it.
