Crescent Moon grass is the weakest heal, goes like this from weakest to strongest
Crescent Moon > Half Moon > Late Moon > Full Moon > New or Dark Moon

Royalty starts off with Silver catalyst which lets you cast magic though, and starts you off with Soul Arrow and a Fragrant Ring (refreshes your MP over time)
ah ok
I started off in the area right after training on my barbarian, was that Broletarian [sp?]Palace? when I died on the first boss and went to the nexus and returned via that whateverstone near the ghost npc I came out somewhere (I think Broletarian palace) that didn't look like the first zone I started in
and ya, I knew about the grasses, but I thought maybe one class was able to heal itself sooner
30mp, is that a lot? no idea
Kinda, my INT is like lvl 32 and I have only around 200mp
oh jesus lol, and I bet it's not a full heal
nope
so yeah, stick to grasses, a lot faster too when you need to use them in emergency situations
what level/class are your 3 characters?
just return to the nexus without dying (touch the archstones)
so I could reasonably farm the dudes right near the stone over and over?
insanecyclone (I think) ended up liking his barbarian once he farmed about 25k souls to get some armor, but was hard as shit until then
and I think it was Cyn or Kwijiboe that had fun with thief and sneak attack but idk how to approach things undetected for 1shotting
approaching stuff without being detected gets easier when you get a Thief's Ring (can be found in first stage), but every class can do sneak attacks
Personally I found the refresh ring to be a huge help
it's used for attack spells and soul arrow?
refresh ring restores MP for anything you'll use it for, you need a talisman to cast miracles though, and you need a catalyst to cast magic. There is an item in the game called Talisman of Beasts which lets you cast both but you won't get that for a while
