Shanahan made Plummer a fucking pro bowler, he can do it again. Also, he drafted Maurice Claret and was sure he could turn him into a beast like he died with shitty as Travis Henry and everyone else that lined up in the Bronco backfield.

He and Pat Bowlen got into it over power when Bowlen wanted to hire a GM and change things up in Denver, there is no way in hell he ends up in Dallas. I can say the same thing about Dan lolSnyder but Snyder seems to be getting the fact that he sucks at football and made the right move by bringing in Bruce Allen and I am willing to bet that he will offer some sort of "Co-GM" shit to Shanahan and he will accept.
