I rather have Gruden as the next Cowboys head coach over Shanahan. His friendship with Jerry would compromise how Mike likes to run his teams. Would ruin their friendship for sure and put the objective on the backburner. Papers would be filled with Jones/Shanahan distraction which equates to a non-focused football team.
