alright i give up lol. 5hours at least farming blitz and no luck. Also like no elnoyle cards from quistis fan #1... I'll just wait till esthar.

You don't need to mug generators if you set all the 3 door traps well during the second Laguna dream.

For some reason I always manage to screw that part and only set the central one, except once but I forgot how to do that.

Edit: this is the part I'm talking about

Left and right doors have one of Zell's LB magazines and a generator.

I only did center, cause that's all I remember "having" to do.

I never had so much trouble when I was younger getting lionheart, but whatever. The advanced city garuntees you tons of pulse ammo. I'll just have to hold out till disc3.

Zell has his final weapon and all STR junctions possible anyway, so he's tearing through stuff. Farming tonberry king now at lv 40

The mayor or the mayor's wife or whatever she is are a pretty good bet for elnoyle's. I don't remember which one though. It took me about an hour my first time playing the game to get 20 cards.

Kill Squall off since you already seem to be getting rather high in levels. I just let Squall die for this section and got things with Zell since he was already lower in levels, gaining levels didn't matter much.

So I decided to try a few more Blitz's while waiting for wow to come up... ruby dragon pops, decide to sleep it and draw a ton of meteor/flare... fucker comes out randomly and decided to kill squall and put zell and quisits in yellow... I spam circle to get a degenerator and win the fight... To my surprise, fucker drops 2 energy crystals. Boom 20pulse ammo and Lionheart. WHY THE FUCK DID THE OTHER 20 DRAGONS NOT DROP IT lol.

I literally ran from every battle unless it was a blitz or Ruby. If a blitz, I ran after getting an effective mug. Rubys I just killed for AP since I need familiar and shit.

Just make an American PSN account and buy an American PSN points card from ebay. There are sellers that will just email you the code, it doesn't matter if you aren't from the USA (I'm EU). I did that and didn't have any problems.

I might be wrong, as I didn't read the whole thread... But I assume you wont be able to play downloaded ps1 classics from different regions, as they are region protected...at least disc based (ps1) games are...downloaded ones may be an exception tho D;

Only the discs are region restricted, the games themselves aren't.

Yes.

And I don't think you need to purchase USA point cards. At least I used my Swedish VISA card on the USA site. Just have to use different card holder information than the fake address you sign up with.

can't do that anymore. they don't allow you to change countries for the billing info, therefore I can't choose to use my swedish card. And having to do the whole ebay crap is annoying, when they used to allow it just fine in the past -.- I don't see any reason to hold off on the release for months just cause it's EU... fuckers.

I did it 2 days ago, so yes, you can.

You don't have to choose Sweden as your country, it'll work anyway. Hell, it says the state I live in is Alabama when I entered my credit card information. It doesn't seem to check that, though. What it checks is your address, full name, city and credit card info. Not country and state.

Iunno, maybe Sony is cheap like that. The credit card companies do take an extra fee to verify country, so maybe they chose to omit that. Where I work we just call them manually to verify if something seems suspect.

That's really weird. I just tried it before posting that message. I guess I'll try it again. Maybe I missed something on my address (recently moved to Lund, could be causing some trouble). Or maybe it's just mastercard...
