I cracked the screen on my token so I was unable to read it at all. I had to call Customer Support to have them deactivate the token. They then proceeded to tell me I had to send my token back to them and then they would deactivate it and the process could take a few weeks before I could even try ordering a new one. This really is a terrible process to have one replaced, consdering that once the token is disable I was under the impression you couldn't re enable it. So why do I have to send this back to them?
