Okay, my bad. The Miracle whip is 15cal/serving with 32 servings per jar (480 cal). The ketchup is 5cal/serving with 25 servings per bottle (125cal.)

So they aren't zero cal but they're pretty close, so like I said, my bad. Jar/bottle sizes are also maybe 10% smaller than normal retail sizes too. Either way they are a fuckton better than their regular counterparts.

Calorie is basically a unit of energy (energy to heat an amount of water by 1 celcius but whatever) so if something has 0 calories it will provide absolutely no energy and I just don't think anything does that in a sufficient quantity. I've heard celery is the only food you can eat without gaining any weight and that's because you burn more calories chewing it than you ingest from it since it's mostly water.

Yeah, I threw the 0 cal thing around too fast. I drink a lot of Coke Zero now partially on that concept, mostly because I honestly think it tastes better too.

Conceptually I like a lot of the low-cal foods [that still taste good.] "You mean I can eat this entire fucking box and it's half of everything I need for the day for my target weight? God. Damn."
