I love living in Texas. I'm pretty much either in the heart of the city or out in the hill country 50/50. It's not freezing fucking cold during winter, and I don't mind the retarded heat or dry spells.

Actually, I kinda miss being out in the heat every fucking day for 6 months out of the year doing marching, but then again, I really don't miss being in the cold with the silk uniforms.

This list is accurate. I was miserable in Pennsylvania but I am much happier in Florida. That's due mostly to other unrelated factors, but still, it rings true for me.

#17 here, yay Arkansas (Or Northwest AR anyways). I'm not surprised we're in the top 20. Everyone I know is happy, courteous, beyond polite (13 year old twilight goth vampire boys opening doors for old GILFs), and it's a beautiful state! ^-^ No complaints here.

Anything Indy or northward is flat and boring as hell, I can't argue there. The south where it gets more hilly and tree covered is somewhat better, though don't get me wrong the state still sucks.
